Is giving a revolver to women get them safety? The price one has to pay is affordable to rich and then what will be the alternative to women of poor class? The block heads governing this country will do this and much foolery. I am ashamed to say i belong to INDIA,governed by some mischievous fools.

Just because we don't have protection mechanism to poor girls, we should let rich girls also to get raped? What a fooling argument.
It could be better if this advertising strategy could have told that some 10-20% or whatever profit earned will be given to family of the victim. I apologize for my this suggestion cause actual pains cannot be compared with money, even-though, this could have given the family a bit relief.

Instead of disarming we are arming people to protect themselves. Soon shooting in school will be a common news. Police is ready to give Z category security to CM but reluctant to make sure no arm possession by civilian citizen. When promotion is available by satisfying boss, very few Indians wants to do duty. AAP is also asking everybody to register as member. What these members will do, no clarity. Soon they will be a group of goons common men will fear. They came in the name of doing different politics but I found their presence in Mumbai Univ. to support students. Are these the politics different from mainstream parties? As long as these will exist freedom from corruption is not possible.
Is this the solution to safety of women?? Can govt. give this 'weapon' to all women? knowing the price, this can afford only to rich people. What is the guarantee that this would be used only by women? Who will be responsible if men (husband, children) misused it? Will it not be mean that miscreants get weapon from their prey itself?
Appears people do not have any work except to criticise even the good work done by researchers, to develop with own resources, a lighter weapan is an achievement itself. We appreciate for the good work done by our ordnance factory. How it matters, if its name is Nirbhaya.
