His name is Tehseen Akhtar alias Monu.
How can he ever be a _terrorist_ in the land saturated with the values of beloved Bapuji- father of present day India.
There is some small misunderstanding somewhere.
I request the concerned authorites to reinvestigate.
Tehseen Akhtar alias Monu, will be found to be innocent as a lamb.
So please dont harass his noble parents and other members of his family.
