Former Army chief should not appear before JK assembly
by Meenakshi Lekhi on Jan 10, 2014 11:54 PM  | Hide replies

JK is bound to only Indian parliament and Central government and less to Indian constitution. JK should complain to Indian parliament or President or Central government to take cognizance on Army chief of India, but not in its individual capacity.

JK assembly or council should not be allowed to entertain to prevail over all Indian Institutions as other states of Indian union.

Army chief should be accountable only to President
by Free Suggestion on Jan 10, 2014 11:47 PM

Army chief should be accountable only to President and/or appear before Parliament only.

Individual states should not be allowed to entertain these sort of privileges.

JK with separate Constitution should never be allowed to preside over Indian Army chief.
