If congress is sure that what Rahul had stated was correct, then have they investigated the matter thoroughly? Why the party was mum that time? This is a serious matter, affecting the security of the country. Both the centre and UP Govt is equally responsible.

First Rahul undermined the PM. Next was the CM of Maharashtra. Now he is undermining the Home Minister of India.
Why is the police not able to nab the LeT operatives who wanted to recruit riot victims from Muzaffarnagar?
This Tiwari should be thrown out. There is so much arrogance on his face. I hear words like communal, polarisation, vote bank politics etc., more from him than anybody else. But its ironic that people consider BJP as communal. If Congress tries to project Rahul as the one who knew this recruitment was happening/has happened, it also needs to come clear on who told him, why he was told(he doesn't hold any office), why did he make it public rather than trying to contain such movements by ISI/LeT? What action has the home ministry of UP and that of govt taken in this regard? Even if it proven that Rahul was right, govt will find itself in a tough position to answer many questions.

Tiwari is the one who is more communal than anyone else! They used these situations to get vote. They never educated muslims. They ensured that they are poor in this country for last 60 year and shed crocodile tears. They are the real culprits.
