This is not new from the cops because the victim girl was not the daughter of any SP/Inspector or Politician she was from the AAMAdminis daughter,that too poor rickshaw fellow, having no money to bribe-the police or to fight in the court of law..Another Nirbhaya..Gundaism will prevail with the support of cops and politicians..we need to take steps to clean this dirt.

I dont understand, such incidents in delhi and mumbai are hugely protested. Why bengali's are silent? Educated! intelect! Only to talk? or in action too? Ohh only to talk and sing :-).

No, it's not the case. There are protests. But if the protest is against the State Govt (directly or indirectly) or where the criminals are close or associated with the ruling party, GOVT ensures by all means that the protesters are gagged. Same thing is happening since last 2.5 years and almost in all the cases. If in a state, where the district president of ruling party can threaten the Police officials (in front of police force) that he will cut the hand, burn the police or transfer the police if they take action again any of ruling party members, what kind of morals police force will have. But yes true, intellectuals are silent because in almost all the layers, ruling party has infused their own men who will counter attack against any opposition just to checkmate them. Soooooo. Bengal need again a change and this time A REAL GOOD person or party (not similar to a party who are self proclaimed of SYMBOL OF HONESTY and again oppose any CBI probe for the scams done by their own party members.
