We can create lot of crocodile farms as well as concentration camps in these uninhabited islands and use the labor from the concentration camps to build up a leather exporting business, from harvesting juvenile the crocodiles.

The best would be to remove the restrictions on the Indians from visiting thus removing the veil of uninhabitable land. Lease them to investors(Indians) to develop these beautiful land for tourism. I am sure this will go a long way, as the neighbouring islands of Indonesia, Thailand, etc.
