The best way to prove that one understands fundamental laws and the other does not is to invite the other to an open debate where each is allowed to have his full say without being interrupted and each is bound to respond fully to the points raised by the other and each is barred from digressing in any manner.
Recently, Narendra Modi went about throwing challenges to his opponents inviting them for debates on topics he knew nothing about. He was confident that the other person - Rahul Gandhi - is also as ignorant about economics as he is.
Now another thief, Moily, who is as ignorant about the technicalities of gas pricing as Modi is and must depend on the counsel of bureaucrats for all such matters, is throwing a challenge about fundamental laws.
Both Modi and Moily depend on the silence and ignorance of the general masses to carry on stealing or helping big time thieves such as the Ambanis steal while talking about laws and challenges and technicalities they know little about.

Do you know how gas is priced and how overheads are calculated? Kejriwal said he did not know the meaning of budget and therefore did not budget for electricity subsidy in his Delhi budget. Did he study anything worthwhile other than sitting in dharnas?

I think you have no clue how economics work. Country needs to correct the process- not just kill the entire setup. Do you sell your motovehicle(poor milage one) before you have alternate plan to go to office?
