used toilet paper is to flushed away down the toilet, not thrown in a bin. i hope virabhadra's wife gets after him on that one.

After using for that purpose and throwing in bin, why is he required to quit on his own. After his use is over, why will anybody want to retain him either? Atleast he came out with truth, that is what all people get in Congress.
