Just wanted to know why brain hemorrhage to Hilari clinton. Was it caused through invisible interception ? Orelse she would have listened to all these arguments in this article also perhaps.

So many people and all countries should be concerned, not only a few. If only a few officials are concerned regarding bioterrorism they will cause such incidents like haemorrhage.
Be logical and sensible to make it mass level awareness legally instead of confidentiality.
It seems , With confidentiality they could not solve yet or could not protect nation world or people.
With confidentiality they could not protect their own wife or children.
With confidentiality they could not protect president or prime minister either it seems.
