He says party would give importance to (among other things) corruption and parties who agree with this can ally with DMK. The question is what if the ally too would insist on an anti-corruption plank? Would the DMK fit into such a demand?

Karunanidhi is the disappointed leader of a discredited party.He still feels that the Tamilians are bowled over by his dialogue.In his entire speech the only valuable part is his respect for the unity of the country. With the Indian Union Muslim League in his alliance, his claim to work for secularism is laughable.In the same way his claim that his "party would give importance for fight against corruption" is equally laughable as his party had always known for corruption.Justice Sarkaria while conducting enquiry against his rule had certified that he is an expert in scientific corruption. Since those days the 2G scam and DMK's involvement are too recent to need reminding.Unless Karunanidhi gets over his feeling that the Tamil people are fools not to understand his machinations, he can not go forward
He is blaming Jayalatia as corrupt and he is also saying that DMK stand for fighting corruption. Where is the money looted by his party men and his own nephew (Raja) and his own daughter Kanimozy? All are playing dirty politics and looting. He will be reduced to Zero in the coming election. All these years he has been showing crocodile tears for Tamils and looting them. He is not able to stand up and his brain work for loot of the country.

Kettle calling the pot black is how I can say about MK's ranting against Jaya.Corruption and DMK are as inseparable as Corruption and Congress.How does this oldie think the Tamils would have forgotten DMK's role in 2G scam? Or the Veeranam Project scam? Or of the Koovam beautification scheme ? Karunanidhi is the personification of corruption in TN ever since he came on the scene.People have excellent memory.
dear mr karunanidhi better you give off the assets amassed thr looting during last 2 decades. not only 2 g scam, tr balu scams etc, so many were not in public. dmk for non heriditory rule, no berths to relatives. now dmk in form of family looting. Kindly give back all assets that you earned.

How come no case had been lodged against him for amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income?
