Would south china sea be part of this maritime silk route. If yes would travelers on this route need permission from chinese govt to cross International waters around Senkaku/Daiyu. Would the countries that chose not to participate still be allowed to travel/trade on this so called Maritime Silk Route or do they need to accept chinese suzerainty.
