Mistaken for Pirates!

If these chaps 'mistook' the fishing boat for a fast pirate vessel,I am afraid either Italy has poor training for it's naval soldiers or they were punch drunk and did this for fun. Take your pick.I don't think the indian side has ever tried to give the correct picture of the events to Italian Media ON ITALIAN SOIL.Indians get kicked around by their diplomatic missions when abroad, and INDIA gets kicked around in the world, due to these 'diplomats' like that Khobragade who cheat on foreign language scores for plum posting, give false declarations & indulge in corruption.

Italy seems to make the arrest of their marines who killed our fishermen as ' kidnapping' of their marines. How sweet! They are misrepresenting the issue

The marines shot dead 2 fishermen in Indian waters not known for piracy and need to tried in India.
Italy should probably realise it is no longer a colonial power and is a miniscule of the power it wielded before. Waht they do not understand is that the whole world saw the marines being treated royally when they went back to Italy. Meetings with the king the prime minister etc were publisized. Now India has them and they should be punished severely

Italy has no right to fume as the marines deserve much harsher punishment. How could they have mistaken fishermen for pirates when they were in indian waters or even in international waters but close to indian waters when they knew clearly piracy was mainly endemic to waters near lawless countries the ones on the african and arabian countries.
