they have courage defining the secularism to just one way and no unbiased polity, then, they should go to Italy and try it there.
In India, all riots are designed and delivered by congies.
For vote pl. dont rip the nation to the point of no return.

The partisan communal violence bill and ignorant CON men
by Vidyut Shenoy on Feb 05, 2014 07:33 PM

Our learned politicians, some of them lawyers are a disgrace to their profession. How can a law that blatantly ignores the perpetuator of violence and puts the onus squarely on a larger group irrespective of who was behind it be justice? It means anybody from a minority community can start a riot and reap benefits. It underlines strongly, minority appeasement that is practiced by the CONgress party. Coming after the PM's 'first right on resources to the minority' is a violation of the constitution.
I would recommend that all lawyers who were party to documenting the bill, and those who were arguing for it be debarred and be asked to pass the bar exam again. It would rid the country of partisan lawmakers and incompetent lawyers. An added benefit would be deterrence to similar laws being considered in future.
The proposed bill is a clear violation of equality for all as enshrined in our constitution.
Anybody who votes for the CONgress after this is a proponent of inequality and needs to be shunned.
Also how can a supreme court lawyer (Kapil Sibal) question the findings of the supreme court. They had found no evidence in the government's hand in the 2002 Gujarat Riots. It was a figment of the collective CONgress mind and fanned by an ever pliant NIA. All paid for by the honest majority.

Defeat for Kapil
by kumar kn on Feb 05, 2014 07:03 PM  | Hide replies

The Bill being deferred by RS Speaker is a victory for opposition parties and a defeat for Kapil Sibal, the architect of the Bill and Congress. This Bill was being brought for Vote Bank politics. By accusing BJP of masterminding the riots in 2002 in Gujarat the atmosphere in Parliament has been further vitiated and BJP is unlikely to co-operate with Congress in passing any pending Bills.Congress has a habit of shooting itself in the foot.

Public resources unimpermissibly wasted by not passing a law that was not needed.

Communal violence

Let us first re-define minority, will around 15% population be called minority, if so, who is in majority in this diverified country. Method of workship is different throughout India, as such Hindu is a culture not religion. First redefine minority then bring bill.

I am Brahmin, a caste discriminated against by everyone else. Therefore, I belong to a minority community.
