let standing committee discuss it and ask the president to refer the legal issues like state vs centre,draft bill , rejection by state assembly etc to supreme court so that its full bench can take call and recommend accordingly. Undoubtedly congress is planning to fight elections either after getting TRS merged or as alliance with TRS. It wants to make BJP scape goat and wants to fire from the solders of BJP. After all congress as well as TRS are making a hero out nizam, the anti thesis for indian integration and who virtually taking side of Pakistan have gobbled up considerable funds which nizam himself transfered in 1948 . These are the funds that nizam descendants in cooperation with remaining stooges of kasim rizvi in hyderabad have rerouted to india via Italian controlled congress/TRS to whip up separatist sentiments so that reemergence of pre1947 nizam country can happen in course of time.
It will be better if BJP avoids the T-bill the consequences of which will be most severe affecting survival of india as country in about next ten years. Any one who supports T-bill will ultimately playing in to soiled hands of nizam
