I have a small suggestion for Mrs. Gandhi. You can't even read out Hindi properly: for instance kAmyAb became kamyAb. Pl get hold of the equivalent of a "play-back singer". She can read out the speech that has been written beforehand, and you can just move your lips and make gestures, pretending to read out, or even pretend to give an impromptu speech. Your hired claque will be very happy.
