Even though he is an govt. employees and dont expect high hopes because he has to abide by their own rules and regulation and cant take any indidual decesion. Because USA is a country never give respect to other country who have come up therefore Mrs. Gandhi keep distance with USA and made freindship with USSR during Bangladesh war USSR used VETO powser for last four days and hence this is possible for us to win Bangladesh War.
