US Congresswoman sweeps

The idiot-masses of this land always depend on firangs to do everything for them...from learning about their own history, to saving their animals, to cleaning-up their filthy environs.
A few 'photo-ops' will not make much of a change in the big picture...it's the peoples' mentality which needs to change, from the netas on down to the lowliest peon...unless they change their bad habits...it will be chalta hai, as always.
Problem is, there is neither the carrot nor the stick for littering or plain ole dumping...
Nor are there any public trash receptacles anywhere to be found...
Nor are there any 'cleaners' who actually does their jobs...
Nor is there any recycling policy.....
Nor any "regular" trash pick-up...once in five years is not "regular" by any stretch...
