Shifting hours was done in the past in West when Electricity was scarce and countries wanted to save Power. Now those days are gone, it has become customary and a cultural thing to go an hour forward or backward and it does not add value in any way.
On top of that PM auntie and ppls of north India aver very backward and they do not understand what it means to shift clocks.

If r--ping and m---sting is the agenda then ppl will wait for another hour to do that and an hour shift will not stop them.
What is it that we will achieve by changing clocks??
