Misplaced sympathy.

Sob stories like this sound convincing but mask the real truth. In all such stories an agent who took lots of money is painted as unscrupulous, but all wannabe immigrants know that US does not have legal agents selling Visa's/green cards for money. Why did these so called victims sell their assets in India to pay illegal agents. If they did so knowing its illegal, why do they expect any sympathy from americans or the legal immigrants who worked hard to enter the legal way.
Just like India, illegal immigrants are an easy vote bank if legalized but the penalty is paid by legal immigrants who are pushed back even further in the green card queue.
The fact that many of these illegals are Bangladeshis/Pakistanis/Sri lankans/Fijians makes it even more unreasonable for India to waste its diplomatic capital on them. Indians are a small fraction of illegal immigrants but a large fraction of legal immigrants. Even the few illegals that are Indian should be judged for their illegal acts(of violating national borders) and not their ethenicity. I share more in common with a legal chinese immigrant(to US) than an illegal Indian(in US).

These illegals in U.S. should all be packed up and sent back to India.
