by arulraj on Dec 14, 2014 09:21 PM  | Hide replies

Hindutwa also as bad as drug. if the PM is really concern about the people of india, first and for most he should give up the hidden agenda of HINTUWA and ask his ministers to engaging in social and community development works than making anti social and hate speeches this also a very dangerous addiction of BJP< RSS and SANGPARIVAR

It looks the PM has good agenda, it is controlled by RSS. If he do not listen to RSS, they will overthrow him and topple the government, this is the biggest problem of Indian democracy unlike China system which is better for growth

There is no caste system in muzs. Sunni Shia is a problem of followers. I said above there is no doubts it is a religion with worst followers. Not only Sunni, Shias, but Ahmedis, Bohras, Khojas, sufis have different style of following it but nowhere it is mentioned to butcher each other. The preachers have disappointed the community. The right version was not followed by many, but cult and diluted and real says even in war you cannot touch females, old, kids... do they follow? it says respect all religion, it says about infedils during those times which were troubling and it was set during war era the same said in Mahabharata.....

chapter 14 of GEETA
In chapter fourteen Lord Krishna reveals matters pertaining goodness, passsion and nescience which everything in the material existence is influenced by. He gives pertinent details on the essential characteristics of each individually, their cause, the level of their potency, how they influence a living entity affected by them as well as the signs of one who has risen above them. Here he clearly advises to relinquish oneself from ignorance and passion and adopt the path of pure goodness until aquiring the ability to transcend them. Thus this chapter is entitled; The Three Qualities of Material Nature.

Durgee state of India is Punjab. 20% of the youth is addicted any other kind of drug in Punjab. For drug addiction among Punjabi youth, culture of
Punjab, geographical situation are also responsible. Punjab is near to Pakistan and AF those are the producers of drugs eg opium and heroine.
In Punjabi wedding there always will be a counter of wine along with other recipes. Don't we think this allows one type of addiction.
Even in Bollywood movies they promote the drinking " See the latest song of Action Jaction " Na pilana pujabiyon ko naap tol ke dilwale hain ye peete hain ye dil khol ke" what the fu1k is this???.

Singapore toughest in this crime
by Amit Sharma on Dec 14, 2014 03:47 PM  | Hide replies

As far as harsh drug laws are concerned, Singapore has among the
toughest on the books. The country's draconian Misuse of Drugs Act
punishes possession of even miniscule amounts of illegal drugs, and
prescribes execution if you're found guilty of carrying large amounts of
particular types of drugs

If you're caught with large amounts of
drugs, you are simply presumed by law to be trafficking. It goes even
further - if you own a house or a car in which illegal drugs have been
found, you are presumed under the law to have possession of the drug,
unless you can prove otherwise.

8.2% of the UK population are
cannabis abusers; in Singapore it is 0.005%. In Singapore, you can be
dragged into custody without a warrant and be compelled to submit to
drug testing by the Singapore authorities. As Singaporean drug counselor
and ex-detainee Tony Tan explains: "[Penalties for] the first time you
are caught for drug consumption is one year, the second time is three
years and the third time is five minimum with three strokes of the
cane," says Tan. "Consumption just means that your urine has tested
positive."

Do not carry anything onto a plane if you don't
know what's in it. Don't carry anything for a friend or an acquaintance.
Remember that Singaporean law presumes possession, if the luggage
checked in under your name is found with any amount of illegal drugs
inside.

Do not take drugs before your flight into Singapore.
Because Singaporean law presumes possession even

An American tourist was visiting a temple in Singapore when he
noticed two statues of a man and a woman by the altar. He asked the monk
what was the significance of the two. The monk explained that in the
Chinese system of yin and yang, positives must always be balanced by negatives, and having the two statues ensured that the universal balance was maintained.

"This statue of the woman is the lordess of Mercy, Kuan-Yin."

"What about the other one?" asked the tourist.

In a hushed voice, the monk said, "This one is the lord of No Mercy, Lee Kuan-Yew.

Means
Lee Kuan Yew to maintain discipline in Singapore was so ruthless on criminals and law breaker and said Singapore reputation and image was
stake everytime, since it is a small city state with no natural resource and if singapore allows criminals to go roam free like India where mafias, riiioters roam free then nobody will invest in singapore. Since Singapore USP was safe, open to talented foreigners, strong judiciary and most business friendly state.

Singapore pursues a comprehensive national strategy to combat the scourge of drugs, comprising a high-profile public education campaign, treatment and rehabilitation of drug offenders, as well as strict laws and stiff penalties against those involved in the drug trade.

Public
education against drug abuse starts in schools. For abusers, their approach is to try hard to wean them off drugs and deter them from relapsing. They are given two chances in a drug rehabilitation centre.
If they go through counselling, kick their drug habit and return to society with useful skills, they will not have any criminal record. Those who are still addicted go to prison, where they are put on general rehabilitation programmes to help them reintegrate into the community.

Strong
community support against drug abuse has been critical to our fight against drugs. Singapore society resolutely rejects drug abuse. Several voluntary welfare organizations run halfway houses to help recovering addicts adjust back into society. Many employers also come forward to offer reformed drug addicts employment opportunities.
