I don't see anything wrong about voicing his opinion. As long as he was not advocating war or any criminal activity against india. This is a double edged sword you may want to incarcerate him however that exposes everyone who voices any opinion on the net to similar action which is a very dangerous precedence.

Right Peter Praker. Good brains. But we in India cannot allow that liberty..probably you should migrate to Afganistan or Iraq where your brothers will ensure you such freedom on earth and a jannat for you in heaven.

Very true! If you have negative opinion, then you do not have any right to write it on social media. This is how state machinery is being used to crush the opinions, dissent voices, so that the government is free to do what it wants without any questioning.

But if he or someone who became passionate reading his tweets puts a bomb in the City, then we will definitely take it as wrong.. We Indians want to wait till that happens? Thats why our intelligence knows since 2009, but we were waiting for him/his follower to do something..
That it took a firang News channel to investigate and expose the identity of this Jihadist tweeter, speak volumes about the ineptitude and incompetence of the federal "investigative" agencies in this sorry land. Maybe he's just the tip of the iceberg...how many other such sleeper tweeters are out there??

This is a blatant abuse of human rights. Supporting a cause does not mean he can be arrested. He has actually not waged war against anyone . If he wants to join IsIs then let him do so at his free will. Please help him to go to Iraq. What is the use of having a disgruntled person here. Also set up a special division in every passport office to help anyone who wants to join ISIS

ISIS spreads 'deadly' peace, Instead of waging war against them, we should find an alternative fuel replacing oil which will make them slaves in the world for money
I was utterly surprised to note that, this patriot was arrested within 24 hours of he being in Bangalore by the Bangalore Police. But it was short lived as it was ITC Foods which informed the police about his employment which made the job easy for the police. Even after six months of the grievous attack of a woman bank officer inside the ATM, the police are yet to hole him up. Again it is proved that, the house owners in Bangalore care a foot about the antecedents of the people who approach them for rent except they are only bothered about the high monthly rent and advance. Wake up Bangalore Police and pull up your socks. Your know your current credibility in the minds of the public. Dont let it go drain further.
