It is foolish to ask the company what is its role concerning the drivers and passengers. All such policies (rules and regulations) should be chalked out by the concerned authorities (government or police) and should be given to the various companies just to follow. Only those companies should be given license to operate who agree to abide with the rules and regulations. Are we going allow the companies to decide their own role and responsibilities?
