L N Mishra's family believes that these accused are innocent. In any case, their lives have been ruined. A sad commentary on our legal system. I remember that our Govt lawyers argued in the US that the Bhopal trial should be held in a US court, probably to avoid delays.

It was widely believed that L N Mishra's killing was ordered by someone in a high position (higher than him).
It took 40 long years ! And victim is a Central Minister ! There will be further appeals ! Final conviction and sentencing may need another 40 years. Very Very Pathetic Investigation Agency, Prosecutor & Judiciary !!
