It's just a discomfort towards a particular color and certain human attributes.
It's a choice of an individual whether to like or dislike other human being.
It's not a Hatred, instead a human being's discofort towards Black color and is beyond racial discrimination.
Plastic surgery of MJ didn't solve the issue. Until science provides a solution, only Racial mix would solve this issue.
No laws nor Political empowerment nor Religious conversion would be able to provide a ever lasting solution for this -- all these options are tired and exhausted.

You may pleae note that the most successful blacks are Indian blacks. In no other country are dark-skinned people are as successful. We can say this because many of them are high achievers even in United States and Britain when they emigrate from India. The native blacks and African immigrants are not so successful. There has to be some social aspect pertaining to this phenomenon.
