Blame the Human Mind which is suffering from Hypersexuality. This might need psychiatric treatment for Sexual addiction or ADHD or Bi Polar Disorder. Also encourage people to develop passion for sports, gym, art, music besides work to divert the mind in creativity.
Even if they are prostitutes, atleast they are not harming others for money, like politicians do. I would prefer a prostitute anyday, over a politician.
This way, there is no harassing of anybody. Mostly these people are blackmailed and taken advantage of, because prostitution is not made legal, but yet widely prevalent. And one of their frequently visited clients are these politicians, who shame them.
I will definitely not agree with tyagi for leveling item girls as prostitutes but i will definitely agree with him on his view that item girls or item heroins are polluting the young minds.
I wonder whether this Mahasabha would refer to the apsaras in our epics, on the same lines as item girls. Let us instead tackle injustice to women, like female foeticide, dowry deaths or harassment and women's education. There are far more important issues concerning our women than this ridiculous matter. I do not consider this Sabha, with its ridiculous beliefs, as representing Hindus in any way, in any case.

yes. of course. not only item girls any girl wearing skimpy outfits or half covered outfits pollute the mind of young and old. nobody can deny that. girls should wear proper dress, be it sarees, salwars, half or full shirts or jeans like boys to cover their bodies. they should not wear clothes showing their abdomen, thighs, cleavages etc. Similarly boys should not wear clothes showing their muscles and thighs to everybody. everybody should wear desent clothes which will not arouse sexual feelings in the other sex.
