the indian constitution is designed for rampant misuse by the corrupt, radical ppl. there r lot of sections in indian penal code, as just a voice of woman is enough to convict anyone.
and there is no section in indian penal code talking about equal rights for men.
Guys, why are we so quick in arriving on conclusions that the guys are at fault here? We just saw one part of the video where the two parties were involved in an altercation. I just read an article on another site where they mentioned that there was no molestation attempt as such but the tussle over the seat sharing. The boys askes the girls to vacate the seat for some elderly woman and then it all started. Well I am not defending the guys here but I just want people to look at all aspects before jumping onto their views/conclusions. Let the investigations continue and later think of felicitating them at republic day.
