Yoga and Karma are related.............
by ashok mani on Aug 28, 2014 10:35 AM

Yoga and Karma are related , karma i mean efforts in anything you do - all that you do for a living - an honest living !. I read someone say he does 6 hours of Yoga !.....very close to 8 hours of work that most of us do !!.........Conclusion is anything you 'do' for which you have passion and sincerity would have the same effects of Yoga.........

Yoga indeed increases the life span.

All the great yogis have age spans of 90 and over. This is something I have observed.

B.K.S.Iyengar died at 96. Pattabhi Jois at 94, Krishnamacharya at 100, Indra Devi at 103.

Yoga indeed increases the life span.
