What is wrong in abrogation of article 370? Or common civil code or temple at ayodhyaa? India has given a mandate to BJP and Indian voters know bjp is a political arm of RSS. Everyone can vent their views on kashmir,including the diplomats,but there is only one solution to it ,as kashmir politicians as well as the separatists have similar views and that has to be removed sooner or later.
1)they believe kashmir shall become independant nation someday. that must be removed from their minds.
2)For that first and foremost,article 370 has to be removed.
3)no more engagement of separatists leaders,as exactly this gives them the courage to ask for "PLEBISCITE".
4)India must make it known in no uncertain terms that SHIMLA AGREEMENT, and only that shall apply and not UN related demand.
5)Bring kashmir under president rule as even the elected CM is now taking sides with separatists and claims for their demands,meaning plebiscite is required.
6)PDP,and NC, both major parties are helpless as their life shall be in danger if they go against the wishes of the separatists.
7)Article 370 has made kashmiris feel they are different, and they dream of a separate nation, FORGETTING THE DANGER OF BECOMING SLAVES OF PAKISTAN ,THE MOMENT THEY BECOME ONE.
8)Even after POK, and if now INDIA looses territory, despite the victories of 65,71 etc; it shows to the world, we indians are cowards.
9)worst come worst, if 370 cannot be abrogated, then JAMMU AND LADAKH must be made two hill states, and another state for Pundits and bring kashmir under president rule and thrash all the separatists elements by force and clean kashmir of all these separate groups of

It is a travesty of justice if kashmir issue is taken up ,and talks with pakistan is resumed before finding a solution for kashmir pundits.
The usurpers of property must be forced to return to the original owners,including the ones sold on compulsions and exigencies at the time of exodus.
The mere lip simpathy is not wanted and only solution needed. Then the govt; can think of either talks or whatever possible measures.
But remember the J&K elected govt. never condemned pakistan for LOC firings, but advises INDIA to resume talks

can u pls tell me how kashmir can be india-pakistan issue. kashmir is only n only india,s internal affair which has been turmoiled n being disrupted by our neighbour.It can never be their issue. It is our land n all kashmiris are indians, no matter how much u try to promote regionalism there, the fact remains the same.
