Why is knowing the difference between a degree and a certificate such a big deal in India now?!
Just 3 months back, Congress Party was projecting a mentallyRetarded middle aged m0r0n as its candidate for the job of being the most powerful person in India!

Just 3 months back, there were multiple "imminent personalities" in Congress Party who were categorically stating that RaulPappu a mentally unstable middle aged person of with no particularly distinguishable qualifications, skills or aptitude is worth being given the job of the most powerful person in India!

She went to Yale University, as part of "Ache Din" programme, to study how to make All Indians Graduate within a short time and first she tried herself to become Graduate.

Personally I dont see problem with Smriti Irani's lower education, but She is a big time liar/ignorant . And thats the problem.
There is a popular law in management: Speak and expose yourself. Smriti Irani has done just that without any provocation whatsoever. She doesn't know the difference between a certificate and a degree. The degree she boasted of recently is only a certificate acknowledging her participation in a one-week workshop.
