should be based on Karma not on Caste. if it is Caste then caste as a percentage of total population should be calculated and be given 'reservation' before they ask for it. at the time of 'janaganana' they ask for 'caste'. one Columbia University Professor researched that Brhamin are 3.5% of our total population. Similarly Kshatrya, Baishya, Shudra may be calculated and given reservation accordingly before any caste group asks for it.
