If you want to protect them, then they will come to protect Babri too. Let each country protect their monuments
Hinduism requires support for survival and flourishing in Pakistan. Modiji should grant some 1000 - 2000 cr for Temple reconstructions or new temples in Pakistan. Hindus are an endangered minority in Pakistan and Indian government should support the ultra minority community of Pakistan.

Modiji has long term plans for assimilating all the SAARC countries into the Indian Union under the Vishala Bharat scheme.

Both countries seem to have signed some kind of agreement in 1947 (Nehru-Liyaqat) to the effect they will not interfeer in each others minority affairs. That should not deter from seeing the real fact that-that part India which is now known as Pakistan is under control of Islamic version of desert Arabian Lifestyle.
