No innocent is to be punished without proper investigation. I really do not understand that why did this lady took so much time. They have made this as a weapon to disgrace a man.
This is a correct statement. Any girl can come into your room, tear her clothes and run out saying you tried to rape her. This can happen to anyone, and the general tendency is to believe the girl/woman. What is needed is to carefully analyse and investigate each complaint and punish the guilty; no innocent must be punished without proper investigation.
What better statements can you expect from an Govt ally where the decisive leader is sooo indecisive to act against their allies and is a remote control of RSS

Wrong, we all must oppose this one sided law protecting DABANG women like Models/Actresses and others. Law is to protect the needy and pitiables. Such women are mis-using this one sided law. Their cases must be heard like normal court proceedings without any arrest.
We all must support Shiv Sena, this is a normal rape case whether genuine or fake, court will decide, such cases are to be dealt in court as normal case, with bail to the convict. Why males are made victim of insult always. Is the law made for Models, Actresses and other influential ladies who live more boldly than man and want protection due to one sided law. We all must condemn such one sided law, which is anti human, anti social norms and all justices.

Bhasker you are wrong, who is denying your right to go to court, we are attacking one sided law only favouring women as if men do not have any respect.
I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH SHIV SENA SUPPORTING POLICE OFFICER. WHY DID SHE REMAIN SILENT FOR SO MANY DAYS. HOW COME ALL OF A SUDDEN SHE NOW ACCUSES POLICE OFFICER ?? What is this, Mr AiyR. You suggest the officials will do their utmost to 'ensure' that police officials / maintainer of law and order, will be proved innocent. You seems to mean they must 'prove innocence even if those are guilty'. So mean....

Hahahaahhaa... WE SHOULD FRAME PHOTO OF DIG AND PRAYER SHOULD ARRANGE... ATLEAST HE DID A GREAT JOB AND WE PUBLIC SHOULD FOLLOW IT. AS ON SAME GROUND WE WILL ALSO GET PREMAINDATORY BAIL... DO IT. NO PROBLEM IN INDIA.
