there is probably no organization with as many highly accomplished members united in a common cause who take their mission in life very seriously as aapi is. they should get busy about india, take a big delegation to the health ministry, and work out a quick program of educating the indian doctors not just in the big cities but in 2nd tier cities of india. indian govt needs to also understand the enormous contribution aapi can make, and help smooth things out where ever the bottlenecks might be. this is how israel was modernized fast.
