You are misunderstanding...Cases on candidates do not make them guilty. The cases have to be taken to the logical conclusion. That is what Modi is saying here

In its 10 yrs in power Did the BJP take any politician case to conclusion. if not then it is time to kick both BJP and Congress out.

TV News Channels , News paper , Internet Media , Local Workers everyone . They are Showing a Dream to him . But The hype what is created can only fetch 20-30 seats More from Last Election and BJP will endup at 150-160 seats. All the Local Parties are very strong Like NCP and COngress in Maharashtra etc. Modi should stop spending more otherwise he will get a very big shock.
