Does this writer know that Preamble to constitution was changed and word " secular added without any discussion what soever, whic had been vehemental oppsed by ambedkar and many others. what we need is that everyone follow rule of law, and not one rule for moslems, another for chrsties, and another of hindus, and another for buddhsts. all crimes can be stopped overnight if ther is committment to estblish a rule of law. US is not a secular country, but follows a strict rule of civil and criminal law. Does it make clear to you.
