All corrupts are sitting in the influential positions and therefore the justice to good people is always denied. Corporate bodies and private entities are making merry of the looting system and all scoundrels in all works of life are happy .

absolutely wrong, corruption is endorsed and pushed through from top to bottom. If the PM ensures his cabinet is clean, then no one else can make money and obviously the system, country will flourish.
