The Uneducated ... They have no way of knowing about the wholesale corruption this govt has been caught doing and its non-performance..
The very poor .. These are the ones who are swayed by few kgs of rice under FSB and some money given under Direct cash transfers/NREGA etc is enough for thier votes
The minorities .. They vote enbloc and are Sold a lie that UPA is their only protector . They also have a hidden agenda... to cunvert the local popluation and are therefore scared of H1ndu-nationalism ..
The corrupt .. These are the ones who benefit from the current govt and the corruptiopn helps them amass a good amount of wealth..
The Paid Media .. The media houses get a large chunk of the loot from the UPA . Most of it comes directly in form of Govt. Advertisements ( eg 1000s crore spent on bharat Nirmaan adds). Notice how the media never asks tough questions to MMS , Sonia or Rahul , but likes to go after "each word" Modi utters
So it suits the C0ngress to keep the masses as Uneducated , Poor , Communal , for last 65 years and Use the paidmedia as a loyal slave , to continue their loot.

Why 5 years ? Should have been 7 yrs. 25 Lakh fine is a peanut. Should have been atleast 5 crores. He will enjoy his share of the booty of 37 crore scam after 5 years whih will be sufficent for his next three generations.......
Lalu was so powerful he had good knowledge of administration, But he never used his Intelligence to do Good things to Common People…He treated political power means eating common people money. Every Politicians need to understand if they dont have limit in their eating habit of Govt money means one day they to suffer like Lalu. But its all shame on our political system. It took such a long time to convict him.. He is not at all punished for what all he cheated..Just five years imprisonment., So they never feel bad about what they eat common people Money. He had done everything for money and to be just in Power. Still he done all but not feeling Guilt for his corruptive habit, So for these type people life time imprisonment is only good punishment. Even their family members and many supporters involved in corruption. Still they too not feeling Guilt for What they all Cheated to People of Bihar and India. Only Voters need to punish them more

Lalu was neither intelligent nor a good administrator. He played communal and caste politics and took Bihar back by 50 years. All development work in the State came to a standstill during Lalu's tenure. He even tried dynastic rule by handing over CMship to his illiterate wife. In nutshell he was not only corrupt but also criminal. He deserves severe punishment.

Lalu is being paid not for what he might have done but for coming from the section of Indian Society which has always been looked down upon. oppressed and denied the share it deserves in the so called Free Indian Democracy that is really a demonscracy of demons, for demons but from purchased, booked, misguided, fooled Indians.
