The revocation of her suspension had to happen today or tomorrow as the decision was wrong. Atleast the government has come its sense by revoking the suspension order which is good for Akhilaesh. In fact he has to appoint her in his secretariat to build his image as he is young like Durga Maa
She should not have apologised though she was right and the suspension was wrong. Looks like she wanted the job badly. Poor Poor. She has proved that the SP government was right in suspending her.

Durga Shakti was reinstated... but with warning? its ridiculous on part of Akhilesh Govt to give "warning". Durga Shakti should not join back unless the warning is withdrawn. Interestingly, her immediate superior, Collector of Gautam Budh Nagar also supported her action. Supreme Court made it clear that Dist magistrate will be responsible if such action is not taken. and here she is warned for fulfilling the directives of apex court.Under circumstances, why and how the warning to be given to honest officer? Can some one challenge such warning in Supreme Court? Its advisable for Durga Shakti to contest from same constituency and I bet she will be easily elected as MP. Probably that will teach lesson to Akhilesh (puppet of Mulayam).
Never believe this babu parasites responsible for all issues in India.Their job is to negotiate politicians view with public and not the vice versa .One fine day you can see both Akliesh and this character sit and discuss the poverty of UP people in some 5 star hotel..and all the one who fought for her will be outside the compound in bright sun or rain..For money there is no difference between male or female..

unable to understand the comment ofNalla shivam.u r supporting the brave madam or equating her with sheer communal & corrupt Akhilesh?Merely reinstating her must not suffice.This govt should be sacked & akhilesh along with ministers must be tried for instigating communal violence.If there is no provision in the constitution,it should be incorporated so that the honest officers may execute their duty fearlessly& the communal & corrupt politicians must not be left unbridled to punish the honest officers.It is a fit case to be taken as seriously as corruption&commohal appeasement.
The officer who showed spine in dealing with land,sand and goon mafia was suspended by Akhileh govt: to show that it was pro-muslim. But muslim leaders declared that they have no grudge against that IAS officer and with her advise,they were the people who demolished the illegal structure,understanding the wrong act. The political appeasment and pro-communal activities of elected representatives are taking this country to doom . These type of political leaders are to be shunted out of our political sphere and then only democracy will have some values.
samajwadis are a cruel lot when they are cornered over communal riots they cling to moral principles like this. shame on such netas who are the bane of our country.
