The present Finance Minister is called a cheat by the present chief minister of Tamil Nadu. There will be no better person than a person from Tamil Nadu, that also a person holding the office as a Chief Minister to evaluate the integrity level of the present finance minister in the central cabinet

The ruling congress owes many things to this gentleman on his soft approach towards the tax evaders and black money holders during his stint as finance minister.

Prez and PC
by srinivasan iyer on Sep 18, 2013 11:07 AM

Prez was correct in taking up the GAAR. which would have made the foreign firms to cough up millions that it owed to the nation by the way of tax evasion!
What PC and MMS did was to bend backwards to party benfits and postpone the GAAR to 2014!
Realising that in 2014 they will not be there!
the foreign institutions on their hand must have paid bribe money for the postponement as lobby money!
then they got into theact of siphoning the cash from the indian economy thereby causing steep climb of the dollar! of course thecentral govt was hand in glove with them by not taking any steps and allowing the nation to be in a limbo!

Mr. Pranab definitely the Great Puppy of Congress since the time of Indira Gandhi.. The man who purely protected the dubious interest of Nehru Gandhi Family, to an extent has protected the Swiss accounts & its relevant information disclosure to Indian Authorities.... He as finance minister had done substantial damage to India, Indian Economy at the cost of Nehru Gandhi Family....

Agree. Pranab is not squeaky clean and should bear a part of the responsibility for the mess we are in. He refused to divulge the names of the foreign account holders. Why? If Modi had an account would Congress have kept quiet? Chidamabaram tried to stick chewing gum under Pranab's chair to spy on him. What happened to the inquiry? Pranab was more deserving to be the PM due to his long innings in politics but Sonia chose the useless puppet MMS. Together the entire gang led by Sonia have buggered up the economy and made our lives miserable.
