Nation comes first over everything including the judiciary system and human rights. Purpose of the judiciary system and human rights to protect the nation and its loyal people not to protect terrorists!
There is no doubt that Congress is misusing CBI to fulfill its dirty political goals. They are politically victimizing Vanzara and other officers just to fight against Modi. The ugliest side of these kinds of cases that political parties (like Congress) only interested in making a political issues not in actual fair investigation and justice.
It's all started because of the Congress's anti-national and filthy vote-bank policies from the beginning. Congress has not only put Indian economy in danger but also India's sovereignty and integrity even in a bigger danger.
Modi is not even close to being ideal leader and politician but he is 1000 times better and capable than any politician we have nowadays!!

stop blaming politicians all the time. it is we_f**ked up indians who are_dishonest from inside. look at autowala to corporate ceo like ambani we are corrupt to core. in democracy ppl always get leaders who are their own reflection. if ppl change in good way no modi, no anna hazares are needed. country wil automatically prosper.
Encounters are happening in hundreds in all congress ruled states over the years.why pick up a particular state ? Is Gujarat capital of India ? Why these bugger_NGOs and media do not take up cases on rape_capital Delhi?

So far where were these NGOs? Now the election is nearing. The meadias and these anti-national NGOs and others are purchased by the UPA to tarnish Modi, because Modi is a threat for the present govt.
It do not merit attention as it is an ngo...?an ngo should not work on subjects not specified in their chartered to be called as ngo.if they wish to fight a different cause other than mentioned in the ngo charter, then it will be called politically motivated group not working for the cause the are designed for. Unhappy IPS in prison blaming others? All counters are done for money. That is open fact. Now this so called govt appointed gunda has difficult time blaming others after 6 years in jail. It is democracy in India and Police Raj. This IPS deserve a death sentence for his crime. Too bad Delhi police CBI has no evidence to convict him so he should be free immedaitely.
Vanzara killed @ the behest of Modi & Shah. He is very clear in the content of his resignation letter. Whats there to wait and see? Holding his paper to try expiate him and his fellow jailed policemen.
Modi and Shah are caught for their direct involvement in the killings.
Why should only the cops rot behind bars while their masters enjoy fresh air and any time pleasures @ Asaram ashram? Vanzara wants his bosses also to face the jail terms.
India cannot waste time and is waiting for results. Modi as usual playing his game to save himself...

It is pertinent to note that Vanzara has blamed only Amit Shah and not Modi. Let there be a proper investigation by a neutral judge.Then only the truth will come out.
