Guys u people r 4gting somthing.... in the delhi gang rape case 1 of the accused is not given death sentence bcoz he is minor.do u think that wat he has done is a minor offence??????? 1 shd nt b punished in such a manner tat instead of realization he starts to get motivated 2wards crime.he already had his piece of suffering....its time to say enough is enough.
Let him serve his time in jail. He shdve got a harsher sentence. He has the blood of people on his hands. Lets not forget the victims whos families lost fathers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters. Dutt knowingly kept grenades & AK 47s in his house garage. He continued to be in touch with underworld even after spending first term in jail.
Victim of age old British type judicial system, he is neither a professional criminal, nor an offender, he did some mistake - for which he suffered life long case plus sufficient jail too. Should such people be punished. Maximum punishment should be of capital nature. Who will bring judicial reforms.

this is the way our judiciary works.. there is nothing wrong, we have accepted it and should abide by it. nothing to feel bad about it..
spending time in jail with crooks.Remember his role of true deshbhakt in Agneepath.He was trying to do nation is wanting everyone to do population control.only difference is he was direct about it, like Jinnah.Killing people with ak47 is also population control.He should be freed and given sonia -manmohan medal for honesty
