the problem is bad water management coupled with bad land laws and the congenital ( ie from the birth of independent india) govt sleeping sickness and with that no governance and money for the last 4 years. india is diverse country in all respects. and nature has also participated in this diversity. but man elsewhere in the developed countries made the best use of nature. we have exploited it or failed to use in toto. hence these problems. for the past 20 years there are no dredging operations. sand mafia is exploiting the river beds. hence the floods ravage is severe. anyway i pray the almighty for the well being of my fellow andhras and countrymen.
