Implementations of report suggestions
by M S on Oct 23, 2013 03:02 PM  | Hide replies

Any party has the guts to accept and implement the Sri Krishna Committee and Sachar committee report suggestions?
Beyond all that is spoon fed by Media to influence our minds in a certain direction, these reports talk about the ground realities of minorities in our country.

flaw in income tax act
by Ghanshyam sengar on Oct 23, 2013 02:52 PM

In the last 65 years , our own central government is doing injustice to the people who have no option but to deposit their saving in bank fixed deposit. Specially Salaried citizenssenior citizens have to save their Provident Fund money in bank's fixed deposit schemes in order to live in peace BUT AS PER INCOME TAX ACT , EVERY INDIAN HAS TO PAY INCOME TAX ON INTEREST INCOME WHERE AS CENTRAL GOVERNMENT KNOWS IT VERY WELL THAT INFLATON RATE IS ALWAYS HIGHER THEN INTEREST RATE SO BASICALLY IN REAL TERMS , IT IS LOSS WHICH PEOPLE MAKE WHILE DEPOSITING MONEY IN FIXED DEPOSITE IN BANKS AND GOVT IMPOSES INCOME TAX ON FICTIOUS INCOME OF SENIOR CITIZENS AND IF SOME BODY IS UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO LIVE 30 YEARS AFTER RETIREMETN , HIS 90 PERCENT MONEY WILL BE EATEN AWAY BY INFLATION AND EVEN THE SENIOR MOST LEVEL HONEST GOVERNMENT OFFICER WILL BE FORCED TO BEG ON STREET SINCE VALUE OF HIS DEPOSIT WILL BE EATEN AWAY BY INFLATION.
For Example in the last year Central Government have increased Dearness allowance of Central Government Employees by 14 percent (7% on 0112012 and another7% on 0172012) as per the inflation calculated on the data of Labour Bureau Government of India .
Where as the interest rate of most of the banks on fixed deposit was 8.5 percent to 9.25 percent so all the persons who have put in their saving in fixed deposit made a loss of 5 percent approximately but they were made to pay income tax on their real loss (In the name of fictitious income) which

1. Effective welfare policies & facilites for ones in destitude, especially, elders abadoned or harassed by children. And, for the abandoned chilren, child labours, etc.
2. Proper sanitation, across the India not only in urban areas.
3. Increasing & Improving the sanitation is urban areas, such, bus stands, raliway stattion, Highways (fly over space could be utilized).
4. Going Green - Especially, in Cities as the nexus of builders, anti-social elements & few polictians, mother nature is being abused badly.
5. Like, SEBI, in Share Marker, some Governing Body on real estate, to put cap on property price. In short, Governance like Janta Party - Morarji Desai which focused welfare of common man & not just few high profile socity Business Tycoons,by providing Roti, Kapada, Makaan, Education & Health care at affordable & effective prices.

For all that BJP should come individual majority. But our ppl. will elect only local parties even for parliament elections.
First we should ban local parties to participate in parliament elections INDIVIDUALLY.
If they wish to participate they should join in any front(national party) before elections and come out with common manifesto.

Only 2 fronts to participate in elections. After elections, no one should come with new front to form the govt.
