-Putin in Russia a week ago said that there will be no special law or Shahriya law for minorities. -Russia doesn't need minorities, but the minorities need Russia. -So if minorities want to live in Russia, they will have to follow the Russian law or else leave. -This should be adopted by India and whole world as well. -After all, that way all will be treated equally.

But when the bill discriminates majority from minority wthout looking everyone through the same color ,then it should be a cause of concern . The bill they are bringing literally states that in case of riots ,violence against minorities,linguistic ,relgn or other will be dealt with severely ,Wheras its not the same for violence against majority . That will not be accepted in any free country
All of us Indian First, if we think this way, there is no need of such type of Bills, But its our misfortune, still we are the slave in the hands of Unfortunate people who are the great brother of Britishers, divide and rule these fool.

Check islamic history. It never acknowledged others culture and always destroyed others. So it is incompatible with rest of the world.
