Transfer of terretories is a very ticklish question IF both countries try they can find out a way of ensuring equal areas of transfer . Bangla desh is also a loser by not signing transit agreement. It would make a lot of difference to it,s economy. As regards illegal immegrants INDIA should issue work permits like Indians get in other countries . This will ensure better control over Bangladeshis coming to India & better contro;l over crime
