A well qualified , wise , experienced person should become PM. He should have come up in life politically on his own and not via his family/dynasty name.
Can be a tribal by birth, but the above qualification is required.
Nehru and INC did not favour dr. ambedker, one the the real, rational, secular, national spirited, honest leader from the Scheduled caste when he was in prime health, and ignored him and now when the it's fortune is on down hill, it aspires for a PM from SCs.

Dear MHS, its not legality. Its my objection where this person "wants" some one to be a PM of my country. He is no one to decide. We, Indians shall do so. By the way, why still hiding as MHS? Come friend, would you not like to write under your true name as we do?
