Why not - if VBS can be a CM in Himachal why can't MLVora take the same position in CG. There are two 'ifs' here : 1. INC gets majority in CG, which is highly unlikely. 2. Youth in CG do not revolt - which is possible - most of them are ruled by the Italian lady in NDelhi.

Please make him leader of youth congress and bring some really young and dynamic who is not averse of decision making as chief minister, if at all congress wins. Young leaders have vision and decision making capabilities as they have to remain in politics for longer term. Oldies usually try to pass the buck as they themselves are not sure how long they will be in politics..
