There is a huge misconception in the minds of many Americans that all Indians who make it to America are of IIT or IIM quality!
To add to this misconception, Americans think just because Indian-American kids beat their children in academic achievements, they too are extraordinary!
This misconception also needs to cleared as a majority of the A B C D s are mentally and at times physically tortured by their India-bred parents into being academic achievers and are hardly the geniuses they are made out to be!
For example, Look at this tool who has got the job of the surgeon general!
How are Americans supposed to take the surgeon general's warning about smoking on cigarette packs seriously after seeing his photo?!

Do NOT refer to him as a 'tool'. Indian doctors are at leas recognised in US. In places like UK on BBC, their popular shows do not even recognise Indian doctors exist! although over 40% of doctors in UK are Indians.
