What was the use of that JPC,which even denied appearence of Raja,the minister jailed for 2 G scam? The aim of this body was to find some scapegoats and rescue the real culprits. Any court will make arrangements to hear the accused and here the basic law is flouted and violated to rescue the real culprits. The next parliament is sure to take this in to account and find remedial measures.

The present JPC has brought bad name to the very institution and to the Parliament. The solution for any scam is to institute a JPC with majority of the ruling party and its associates and give itself a clean chit. Recall what Kapil Sibal said about 2G? He had declared without the court or even the obliging JPC giving the Govt a clean chit that there was no loss. What one does not understand is why Raja and Kanimozhi and some others were arrested and imprisoned. Also why did the SC ask the licences of most of the successful bidders to be cancelled ? Are our courts insane with only Kapil Sibal clean? Congress is corrupt. Absolutely and irremediably corrupt. The only way to eradicate corruption is to eliminate the corrupt. Throw out the Congress and any other party including the BJP if they are corruptf

Most are servile and self centered and principles and public interest matters little.As happens regularly JPC Report of Chacko will sail thru backed with Allies protected from taint. Raja will never be heard a and Truth buried like Bofors.
