Pappu is Ranked FIRST in Congress School which has a Strength of ONE STUDENT and he will have to be given 100 marks by the poor Teacher if he has to Survive!!
Article 370 makes it voluntary for J&K to adopt or reject any Indian act. How is pappu going to bring about Panchayati Raj in a state which enjoys special status because of his great-grandfather Nehru?

Papu is good for nothing. He is just jumping like a monkey from here to there. It appears that he is duffer or mentally retarded but he wants to fool every countrymen.
